Для возможности улучшения можно отметить следующее: отсутствуют вешалки в шкафу для одежды; нет больших суповых ложек; электрический чайник имеет вилку, которая не подошла ни к одной розетке; еще нам не хватало тостера, но он и не был заявлен в описании услуг. Все эти мелочи никоим образом не испортили общего хорошего впечатления от общения с Вашей фирмой. В своих дальнейших путешествиях и дальше надеюсь пользоваться услугами Halldis.

4 breves líneas para decirles que todo ha funcionado perfectamente y que quedamos muy satisfechos con la ubicación céntrica del apartamento. Este apartamento cumplía con los requisitos necesarios para nosotros y todas las instalaciones funcionaban correctamente. Por poner 2 pequeñísimos inconvenientes citaría que la ducha no se adapta al mango que la sostiene a la pared y luego que el aire acondicionado portatil de la habitación de matrimonio obliga a vaciar el agua del utensilio que la recoge en un plazo máximo de una hora. Estaría bien en cualquier caso disponer de un segundo ventilador. Comentar también que para nosotros el disponer de un mercado callejero a las puertas de la finca fue una ventaja en lugar de un inconveniente (nunca nos despertó el posible ruido que pudieran ocasionar). Tampoco los vecinos eran ruidosos en absoluto. Por lo tanto todo estuvo O.K."

"ワンベッドルームのアパートといっても大変広々としていた。居間、キッチン等広くて使いやすかった。また、床、壁、戸等も高級な素材で出来ていて、気持ちが良かったです。 アパートのロケーションが大変良い。例えば・メルラーナ通りがきれい　・近くのバス停から、ナボナ広場、バチカン、テルミニ等あらゆる方面に乗り換えなしで行けるバスがある。・スーパーが比較的近い。・治安がよい ７階ということもあり、窓からの眺望がすばらしい。サンピエトロやエウルまで見えます。 当方画家で絵を描きにローマに滞在したのですが、各部屋に大きな窓があり、部屋が明るくて、描いてきた絵をチェックすのに良かった。 ローマの５，６月は昼間は３２～３３℃にもなったが、エアコンの性能がよく快適でした。 最後に、ややこっし話はミラノオフィスの小室さんが日本語で対応してもらい、日本人にはありがたいことでした。"

"This apartment was very nice; all furniture was new and in good condition, the terrasse was lovely in the afternoon and the location is absolutely perfect - right in the heart of the city, and only 5 minutes walk to the metro. The property was Largo Degli Osci 22 in Tibortina, Rome.
The area was very good, we were amazed at the large gatherings of young people every night, into the early hours of the morning. they were very well behaved and the noise was filtered out by the double glazing, we felt very safe wandering about this location and found the local restaurants to be very reasonably priced with good quality food. There was a fairly regular Bus service into Termini and the Metro was a short bus ride away. We found the 3 day bus/metro ticket very useful for getting about and can be bought from small local kiosks or tobacco shops. There was a fruit and vegetable market outside the apartment where we could buy fresh produce each day.
The Apartment itself was of a very high standard with every modern appliance. The air conditioning in the bedrooms did not work properly . We had problems initially with communication on arrival, the owner had not taken steps to ensure they were able to be contacted on their mobile which was very frustrating as we could not tell them when we arrived at the airport.
Over all we had a very good time and would consider booking again although it was a bit expensive.”

"This is a most refined apartment with polished marble floors, a well set up kitchen and separate dining room. It can be a little dark and there is no airconditioning, but there is a pleasant terrace with an awning, although overlooked and has no privacy. "Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie entsprach den Ankündigungen im Internet, die dort veröffentlichten Photos entsprachen den Gegebenheiten.

Positiv an der Wohnung ist die zentrale Lage; die Wohnung ist hell und sonnig (Morgensonne), weil sie im dritten Stock liegt. Allerdings muss man Treppen steigen! Das Haus ist angenehm und ziemlich ruhig.
Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung besonders gut geeignet, weil ein Schlafzimmer nach hinten heraus und entsprechend sehr ruhig ist. Das andere Schlafzimmer liegt zur Straße hin und ist laut. Es ist sehr sauber (Holzböden!), die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und funktional.
Gutes Bett!

Was unangenehm auffiel: Die Küche ist nicht sehr gut mit Kochutensilien ausgestattet. So war nur eine winzig kleine Espressokanne vorhanden, es fehlt an Schüsseln, einem Brotkorb und vernünfigen Messern (Brotmesser).
Wir hatten große Probleme mit dem Internetanschluss, da die vorhandene Software nur für Microsoft-Computer tauglich ist. Als MacIntosh-Nutzer kann man damit nichts anfangen. Es sollte unbedingt im Vorhinein auf den Namen des Interentanbieters hingewiesen werden, so dass man sich eine Installationsanleitung vorab besorgen kann. Der lokale Betreuer hat davon keine Ahnung.
Angenehm wäre gewesen, bei Ankunft eine Flasche Wasser vorzufinden. Der Empfang war hastig, es blieb kaum Zeit, das Nötigste zu besprechen.

Alle Transaktionen mit der Firma Halldis verliefen ausgesprochen zufriedenstellend und professionell.
Wir können sowohl die Wohnung als auch die anbietende Firma wärmstens empfehlen.
Und würden jederzeit diese Wohnung wieder mieten.

"Nous avons trouvé cette formule de location d'appartement très agréable et très avantageuse sur le plan financier, par rapport à l'hôtel. L'appartement est calme, spacieux, rénové récemment. Il est très calme. Il est également bien situé avec un marché très bien achalandé qui se tient tous les matins dans la rue en bas et un supermarché à proximité. Le tramway qui passe à 200 mètres permet de nous emmener Piazza Flaminio en une quinzaine de minutes.

Seules ombres au tableau (minime) :
- le chauffage central se mettait en route un peu tard le matin.
- Le chauffeau eau était un peu trop petit pour 4 personnes
- Le ménage laissait un peu désirer"

"日本から予約をする方は、漠然とイタリアに対する不安から、このサイトをとおしての予約に躊躇されている方もたくさんいらっしゃることでしょう。
しかし、私達がイメージしているイタリアとは違いますよ。特に、日本の担当である日本女性の対応は、すばらしいものがありました。
私達がいだいていたヨーロッパのアパートメントに対する不安点を具体的に質問したら、その都度現場確認をしてきちんと答えていただけました。その点が一番安心できるところでした。
私達が事前に確認した一番大事な点は、お風呂のバスタブが完全に使えるか？何人でもお湯を使うことができるか?でした。それに対して、
「お湯は、ガス瞬間湯沸し器であることを、ローマのスタッフに確認しました」だったので、安心できました。他のサイトからの返事はすべてあいまいなものでしたので、そこが決め手になりました。
また、車の手配やらのべ５回ほど現地のスタッフとの約束がありましたが、遅れてきたのは１度だけ。あとはすべて約束の時間より早く来ていました。それも信頼できるところだと思います。

さて、アパートですが、私達の希望どおりのすばらしいロケーションでした。カンポ・ディ・フィオーリまで1分。毎朝、ご飯の材料を買い物に行きましたよ。最初は気が付いていませんでしたが、３日目位からなんとなく値段が安くなりました。
市場のメンバーは毎日同じなので、自然と顔を覚えてくれてたぶん表示している値段より安くしてくれていたようです。他のスーパーなどに比べると割高だとは思いますが、野菜等は大変新鮮できれいです。
部屋に戻れば、教会の鐘の音は聞こえるし。特に隣の　S.Andrea della Valle　の音はやわらかくて素晴らしいです。合唱の練習の歌声が聞こえてくる午後は、お昼寝に最高です。
暮らし始めて１～２日目は、お天気がいいとなぜかハエに悩まされるでしょう。窓を開けていると、なぜかハエが寄ってきます。結構な数でびびりますが、３.４日たつと自然といなくなりますので安心してください。
お部屋のコンセントに何箇所か通電していないところがあります。部屋にあるランプで確認しましょう。
日本で、ADSLの仕様にしていったパソコンはそのまま接続できましたよ。
台所にある大きな湯沸し器がすべての熱源をコントロールしています。冬であれば、各部屋のヒーターもこちらでコントロールです。タイマーが着いていますが、時々着火しないときがあるので、確認を忘れずに。
台所・お風呂のお湯も同じに時々着火してないときがあるので、気をつけてください。原因は不明でした。
洗濯機は、日本の常識からするととてつもなくたくさんの量の洗剤を入れないときれいになりません。
あと、食器洗い機も驚くほど時間がかかるのでほとんど使用しませんでしたが、排水が洗濯機と一緒のせいでしょうか？ときどき変なにおいがするので、そのときは使ってあげました。
セイフティ・ボックスは、私達のときは壊れていて使えませんでした。
タオルとシーツは最初から必要な枚数をきちんと確認しておきましょう。
ゴミを捨てるのにとても気を使いました。外を眺めて誰かが出しているのをみたらあわてて持っていっていました。各自がそれぞれに契約しているらしく、判断が難しいところでした。取り残されたこともおこられたこともありませんでしたが…。
最後まで、私達を悩ませたのは階段。日本でいえば４階にあたりますが、毎日のことなので、正直きつかった。
以上をクリアすれば、素晴らしい滞在になりますよ。とくにこのロケーションを求めている方には、最高のアパートでしょう。買い取って住みたくなります。
私達がまたローマに滞在するときは、迷わずこのアパートにします。

It was a pleasure working with you. Should myself and my family visit Europe again, we will definitely book through Halldis as overall, our stay was quite pleasent.
(...)Our stay was pleasureable for the most part - Mr Panizza, our check in check out person was quite helpful and courteous. However, there were some problems - in 10028 - the water heater was not working properly because of which it was not possible to get hot water - the water was only just warm for showering. Also, there was no place to put a shower curtain around the shower as a result of which water spilled over into the floor and the whole bathroom got pretty messy. In 10047, there were not enough blankets for 4 people (only one comforter/quilt was found in the apartment - which is sufficient only for 2) and December was quite a cold time of the year. We also have a suggestion - please leave enough toilet paper for the stay duration - I'm guessing most people stay for a week - 10 days. If so, most people don't have the time to run around looking for toilet paper and would be willing to pay for it should it already be included in the apartment."

L'appartement est situé dans une toute petite rue d'un vieux quartier de Rome. Il est très tranquille, parce que l'étroitesse des rues limite la circulation aux seuls résidents.
Il est situé à deux pas des forums romain et impériaux, à quelques minutes de marche du Colisée, de la gare centrale et de la plupat des centres d'intérêt du centre historique. Seuls le Vatican et le nord de la ville rendent éventuellement péférable l'usage des transports en commun.
L'appartement est très propre et possède un équipement moderne ; la pièce de séjour est agréable. La terrasse, bien qu'aveugle (dans une petite cour), est un plus appréciable, d'autant plus que le quartier est très peu bruyant.
L'espace intérieur est parfait pour un couple, même pour un séjour assez long, et acceptable quelques jours pour un couple avec enfant, celui-ci devant dormir dans la salle de séjour. La salle de bains est assez exigüe et les toilettes ne sont pas séparées, ce qui est peu pratique.
Quand on veut faire ses repas dans l'appartement, le petit équipement de cuisine est insuffisant (pas d'égouttoir, de couteau de cuisine,...). Il y a par contre un lave-vaisselle.
C'est en synthèse un petit appartement moderne et tranquille dans un quartier agréable et pratique, que l'on peut recommander.

"Die für 1 Woche gemietete Wohnung liegt im Herzen des Vatikans und bietet zum einen eine hervorragende Nähe zu den vatikanischen Einrichtungen und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Andererseits erreicht man alle weiteren, für den Besucher wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten Roms mit den vorhandenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ( Bus od. U-Bahn ) innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Für passionierte Fußgänger ist der Standort für die Erwanderung der Innenstadt Roms aber auch für das "Vergnügungsviertel" Trastevere ideal und erfordert keine übermäßige Kraftanstrengung.
Für mich/uns liegt der Reiz der Wohnungslage darin, daß man sich vor dem Eintreffen der Tagestouristen, unter Einheimischen befindet und in deren ganz normalen Tagesbeginn/-ablauf eintaucht sowie auch nach dem Abrücken der Vatikanbesucher einen schönen und ruhigen Abend in einem der zahlreich vorhandenen, guten Lokale ( alle Preisvarianten vorhanden )verleben kann.
Die Wohnung ist in der Nacht sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung allerdings sollte bei der Höhe des Mietpreises etwas komfortabler (Geschirrspüler, Wasserabfluß der nicht undicht ist, Wohnraumcouch hängt durch etc.) ausgestattet sein. Für mich/uns wurden diese Mängel allerdings durch die Lage der Wohnung sowie die Erlebnismöglichkeiten aufgewogen.
Für echte Romfans, die nicht nur Abend-/Nachtvergnügen suchen, absolut zu empfehlen.

Die Wohnung (...) befindet sich in direkter Nähe zum Petersplatz und den Vatikanischen Museen. Das Wohnungsumfeld ist aus meiner Sicht eines der schönsten und angenehmsten in der ganzen Stadt.
Das Haus ist sehr fein und gepflegt. Die Wohnung liegt im Souterrain und ist zwar entsprechend ein wenig dunkel, dennoch sehr sauber und, wenn auch teilweise sehr einfach, vollständig eingerichtet. Das Bad ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und völlig ausreichend. Die Betreuung durch den Vermieter sehr korrekt und sehr freundlich. Sowohl im Vorwege als auch vor Ort. Insgesamt kann ich die Wohnung aufgrund der exzellenten Lage und sehr seriösen Vermietung empfehlen. Jeder, der keinen Wert auf allzu großen Komfort legt, einen seriösen und freunlichen Vermieter sucht und sich die Stadt über mehrere Tage ansehen möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben. Ich bedanke mich für Ihren Service und werde mich bei Ihnen vor meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Rom auf jeden Fall nach einer freien Wohnung erkundigen.

Estamos muy contentos con el servicio en todos los aspectos tanto de los choferes que nos recogieron y dejaron como de Sergio al recibirnos y luego despedirnos.
El departamento era mejor de lo que esperàbamos y se veia en las fotos, lo ùnico que no funcionò fue uno de los aires a condicionado pero no fue tan necesario para reclamarlo
