This delightful and comfortable 25m2 apartment welcomes its guests into a warm and cosy atmosphere.
A small corridor leads into the main room, where one side is furnished with a pink single bed (100cm wide) with cushions adorning it as a day bed, and complete with a second single pull-out bed (80cm wide) underneath, all facing a library cabinet housing a TV and computer printer. The library is in actuality a courtesy of the owner, whose project is to make it an international library of books and guides used by, and left by the house guests. A foldable pouf by the library acts as extra chair as well as converting into a third single bed (75cm wide) for a child, whilst a designer lamp adds a touch of style and illuminates the room at night. A large window at the end of the room brightens the place, full of light during the day, and overlooks the Parisian street of the Marais, full of bars and cafes, for a real taste of Parisian lifestyle.
The fully equipped kitchen, complete with all necessities including a microwave oven and dishwasher, is ingeniously hidden in a niche at the near end of the room, surrounded by closets and facing the dining table, whilst the bathroom, fitted with a washbasin, toilet and shower, is in the corridor by the entrance.

The apartment is located in the 4th arrondissement, close to the Hôtel de Ville (Paris City Hall), and a few steps from the famous Marais and from the Centre Pompidou.
Right at the corner of rue du Temple is the large department store BHV (Bazar de l’Hôtel de Ville), whilst right in front of BHV is the rue Rivoli, one of the most important streets in Paris, known for its hotels and high end boutiques.
Right outside the house one finds anything one could need, with plenty of grocery stores, bakeries, wine stores, restaurants and more, all in the neighbourhood.
