This 60 sq.mt apartment opens up directly onto the day area, furnished in a very modern style with a flat screen TV, a glass-top table and designer armchairs. The kitchen corner is modern and fully equipped, complete with dishwasher and coffee machine.
The sleeping area comprises a spacious and bright double bedroom with twin beds (which can be joined and used as a double bed) and a second double bedroom with two single beds(one is a hideaway bed).
The marble bathroom is very spacious and fitted with stall shower.
On the fifth floor is a common terrace from which to enjoy unforgettable Venetian sunsets.

The apartment is located in the heart of the city, at a few steps from Rialto Bridge. It is located at a short distance from Rialto ferry boat stop, to the vegetables and fruit market and at just 8 minutes by foot from Piazza San Marco. The area offers a large variety of shops, famous restaurants and boutiques.
Transports publics
From Piazzale Roma or from the railway station take the ferry boat line 1 to Rialto. From the airport take the bus line 5 or ATVO to Piazzale Roma and then the ferry boat to Rialto.
